There's a lot going on in our town and lord knows the leaders can use all the help they can get.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The topic of concern for me as well as others is taxes.  Especially the handling of the revaluation process.  As I understand it, Mayor Borer petitioned the state to delay revaluation so that the real estate market had an opportunity to correct itself.  What happened after that is a mystery.  After John Picard was elected revaluation was put through.  I'm sure our new Mayor Picard would not have just not acted if he had known about it happening.  I'm still reseaching this and hold out hope that we can phase in revaluation as Hamden and Westbrook are doing.
